No, you are not required to sell your home with Zown. In the past we have had this requirement, but we have since removed this condition from our program to help give our clients ease of mind.

When you buy a property, we charge a 2.5% commission from the seller while representing you as the buyer. We retain a portion of this and give you back majority of it upfront to either boost your buying power or to help bridge the gap between the down payment and your savings.
