Online scams are becoming increasingly sophisticated, and scammers sometimes attempt to impersonate legitimate companies to gain trust. Recently, we’ve seen instances where individuals are pretending to represent Zown through fake websites, messages, or job offers. While these scams are not affiliated with us, we want to make sure our community knows what to watch for.

Zown only operates from the following websites: https://zown.ca – Canada https://zownhomes.com – United States If you see a website claiming to represent Zown but using a different domain (for example, variations that add extra words or characters), it should be treated with caution. We also only send emails from: @zown.ca @zownhomes.com

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services and features.
• Process requests, applications, and customer support inquiries.
• Communicate updates, reminders, and service-related notices.
• Analyze usage to improve performance and user experience.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

Zown will never ask you to send us money. We do not request payments, deposits, cryptocurrency, or gift cards in order to:

However, our team will never ask you for:

• cryptocurrency or gift cards
